Where to get a Booji Boy baby mask?
(too old to reply)

I have searched the net to no avail. Costume stores tell me they have
baby masks, then I get there and find out that they mean masks for
babies to wear. Anyone know where to get one? Halloween is coming!

The details have fled my memory, so you'll have to do a bit of looking,
but the DEVA girls use a near-analog of the Booji mask in their show.
Somewhere they either posted or gave an interview describing how they
discovered this near-replica. Maybe you should try over at SPUD TALK.

Mask? I hate to have to tell you this, but that was no mask.

"Booji Boy" was actually Cletus Mothersbough, the youngest of the
borthers.

He quit his job as product tester in the coat hanger factory to tour
with DEVO.

After he died in a tragic parakeet attack in 1984, Booji Boy was
"retired" from DEVO's show.

HAH! You are lying. I not only saw Booji Boy live with Devo in 1988,
I saw him on video singing at Central Park with Devo. So this
business about Cletus Mothersbaugh being dead is a lie. He most
certainly isn't dead. You're just trying to make him into the Paul
McCartney of new wave.

If Bob was still alive, he'd probably be amused by your creativity,
then he'd kick you squah in the nutsack!

Asking where to find an authentic Booji Boy mask is like asking where
to get the Holy Grail. :D

No problem Boom!

DEVA.

I only ever have bad ideas. I was going to suggest shaving yhour
eyebrows & wearing very pink lipstick & rouge. Also, cutting your
hair just so and bleaching it almost white would definitely get you
closer.

But then, that's just me. 8^/

Geez, what do these costume stores assume if you
as for a Nixon mask?
