Hey All,

Been a while. 8^] A quick couple of questions, if you don't mind.

I would like to replace my original "Club Devo" Energy Dome, that's pretty
beat up, with a new one, but I've noticed a number of different versions
now. Any recommendations for which version I want, quality, where to get
one, and price? Needless to say, I would rather not replace the one I have
with the same thing.

Second, I know they used the Moog Liberation for a while, but what is the
smaller gray synth that was in the "That's Good" video. I think that little
thing Mark has is just an old Casio, but if I'm wrong, let me know.

Thanks all.

Cordially,

Rush

I'd get the classic red dome from Club Devo:

I think it's a Yamaha.

Good, thank you. Any sources for the settings when it was used? Anyone?

I have one of those sitting under my desk right now. It's about 25
years old, I guess. It was one of the few things to survive a fire that
burned down my place of residence in 1983. The synth was white plastic,
and now it's half-white, half tie-dye permanent soot-stained in a scheme
that looks like an expensive custom paint job. It smelled funny for a
few years. The fire did something weird to it, and it sounds really
unusual. Melted circuitry and speaker stuff makes for odd noises. I
sampled it and I use the sounds a lot.

Ahhh.....accidental circuit bending. Cool.
