Everyone knows for mass murders, you have to go south of The
Mason-Dixon Line.

Well, OK, his last murder WAS south of the Mason-Dixon line.

And he was sitting right ON the Mason-Dixon Line when He shot at the
Trash Collectors.

But he's no Chalres Whitman!
