Any wild fires in your area this time?

I've been kind of half following the news, I know they are in Southern
California, But I not interrested anough to find out which part.

I would have asked sooner, but Google groups has been screwed up all
week.

I've gotten smoke and ash from the Day fire blowing over my neck of
the woods last week. My nose tells me that there's no super secret
hidden fields of weed in that flaming forest. All that paraquat in
the 70's must have done it's job.

California is a GREAT BIG pot producer, and much of Cali's crop is on
National Forest land. Here's a link to an npr report...

seems like they didn't paraquat the Sequoias...
