MIDI Tune-up

The Midi Files "Peek-a-Boo" and "Time Out For Fun", have received a
tune-up... so now they're upgraded from "Crappy" to "Moderately Humorous".
(ha!) Check em out..

I made that "Peek-A-Boo" MIDI file ages ago, and the more tune-ups it gets,
the better. Yech, did I suck at transcribing songs. I also barfed all over
"The 4th Dimension," "Speed Racer," "Working In The Coal Mine" (since
replaced by a better version), and "DEVO Corporate Anthem."
