Does anyone know who will be the drummer at the fall 2006 shows?
I have tickets for Houston Aug 19.

Josh is pretty much THE DEVO drummer untiAlan and the rest of the SPuds
decide to make nice.

Josh is pretty much THE DEVO drummer untiAlan and the rest of the SPuds
decide to make nice.

There have been 4 or 5 occasions since Josh started playing with them
that David Kendrick has come back in, and a few mini-gigs with
one-time-only DEVO drummers. That being said, I don't see a reason why
Josh wouldn't be drumming for these shows, and if he isn't, it's a safe
bet that David will be.

driving him around during DEVOtional.

I personally like David a lot better. Last year I had the privilege of
driving him around during DEVOtional.

David's a great drummer and a nice guy. But Josh fits better. Having
said that, I wish they'd quit changing parts on songs. You don't have
to do every single fill exactly like Alan did, but at least do the
beats properly. "Smart Patrol" sounds bad with the disco beat they
both do.
