on eBay.
The asking price for the only copy on Amazon is a whopping $578.45!

whoa. Well, mine has a crease in the cover and some tears in the obi,
but I'm glad I found a bargain.

Lucky bastard. I've tried to put it on my Amazon want list, but they
wouldn't accept "left nut" in the "price I'm willing to pay" column...
