In Episode #21, I mentioned using Devo music to practice Tae
Kwon Do. Well, here's an example. :)

The video quality could be better, but this was a spur of
the moment thing I did last night and decided to post.

It's not part of the normal podcast RSS feed.

I don't think I'll make it a habit to do vidcasts... I like
doing audio stuff better. :)
